All of our work carries a minimum of 1-2 year parts and labor warranty. However, many fixtures that we install have even longer warranties. And should you encounter problems with the fixture we install while it's under warranty - you won't have to fight us tooth and nail to get us to honor our warranty. You will never know this until you sell the home and the buyers home inspector tells you in his report. The contractor then charges you again for what should have been done right the first time.
